Quest leads the charge (back) with restaurant partnership

As it prepares to open the doors to its first European property in Liverpool this Autumn, Quest Apartment Hotels, Australasia’s largest and fastest growing apartment hotel brand, is supporting local businesses and making business travellers’ lives easier through a new ‘restaurant charge back’ scheme for guests.

From launch in September, those who stay at the new property will be able to enjoy meals in Liverpool’s thriving city centre, automatically charging back the costs of dining out to their hotel bill - avoiding the long-winded expense claims process.

The first restaurants to sign onto the scheme are favourites amongst locals and include casual pizza place Crust, popular for a quick bite in between meetings, and Il Forno Italian, where travellers can spend more time relaxing over some freshly made tagliatelle and a delicious glass of Barolo after a busy day.

Paris D’Allessandro, General Manager at Quest Liverpool who has worked in the city for over 16 years says, “So often, business travellers never get to experience the delights of a new city but we hope this new scheme will encourage travellers to get out and enjoy Liverpool like the locals! We’re striving to make stays as easy and carefree as possible and hope this will add a lovely extra touch for guests.”

Craig Ryan, Chief Brand Officer for Quest comments, “guests across Australasia have been enjoying the restaurant charge back service at Quest Apartment Hotels for over 25 years.  It really is a win/win scenario, whereby Quest is supporting local restauranteurs in actively promoting their businesses while guests benefit from not only receiving trusted recommendations to local dining establishments, but also provides them with just one account, making life easier for them.”
