Why did we choose Quest?
In the first instance I googled 'short term let's in Cambridge'. I recognised the name Quest from NZ and Australia and knew that they have a good reputation. I have NO idea as to whether there is any link whatsoever - the power of association! 
I liked your website, easy to use, good pictures, it has a good 'feel'.
Viccy was first point of contact and she impressed, Anton was second, also impressed! 

In what way could you improve service?
I don't think you could.

In summary:
Our Quest experience was extremely positive. The apartments were tastefully decorated, well appointed and clean (and the cleaning team were delightful too). The additional touches like the welcome pack, bathroom essentials and chocolates also make the experience that little bit more memorable.
