Here at Quest we want to make sure your stay in Cambridge is a relaxing and enjoyable one.
If you have any specific requirements such as a baby cot or printer for example, please let us know well in advance so that we can meet your requirements from the moment you arrive.
Each of the apartments has been individually designed to a premium standard, and come fully equipped a wide range of facilities.
These include:
- High Definition wide screen televisions, DVD players, and Hi-Fi system with CD player and i-pod docking station
- Comfortable sofa beds
- Washing and drying facilities
- High speed wireless broadband throughout. Free use of fax machine, printer, scanner, photocopier (subject to availability)
- Many apartments with one or more balcony
- Private allocated parking space

| Bed linen and towels | Our finest quality bed linen and luxurious towels are changed weekly, with access to extras at a small charge and with prior notice. | £0 |
| Housekeeping | All apartments are fully serviced on a weekly basis which includes a complete linen change. The weekly maid duties are to change all linen and make the beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen and generally tidy, dust and vacuum the apartment. | £0 |
| Parking space | Each apartment has one allocated complimentary parking space | £0 |
| Laundry Facilities | All apartments come fully equipped with washing machines and drying facilities, and we will also supply washing products to get you started. | £0 |
| Personal Welcome | A Quest Apartments representative will meet you on arrival at your apartment to show you around, hand over your keys, and answer any questions you may have. We can also provide directions to your property from the bus or train station. | £0 |

In addition to our standard services as listed above Quest Apartments offers the following additional services to make your stay even more comfortable:

| Breakfast and Celebration Packs | These packs are designed for those who want to make the most of their stay! Breakfast includes: eggs, bread, butter, bacon or sausages, jams, and a packet of biscuits. Please specify if a vegetarian option is required. Celebration includes: Fine quality chocolates, fresh locally grown flowers, Champagne, and some L'Occitane essential bath cubes. |

| Airport collection taxi service | We can arrange for a private taxi transfer service from any of the international airports within the UK. | Prices on request. |
| Telephone calls | Some of our apartments have the facility to make outgoing calls. This requires advance notice so we can make the necessary arrangements, so please notify us at the time of booking if you require this service. | Prices on request. |
Additional services will be invoiced to the nominated credit card details taken at check-in.
Please note, the above prices are subject to VAT and may vary slightly if our suppliers change their prices.
